Electric Suspended Platforms Modular Suspended Scaffold Systems for Façade Work

SEKLIFT engineers electric suspended platforms for temporary façade construction, installation, finishing and maintenance work. As an electric suspended platform manufacturer, we develop each suspended scaffold system around working height, platform length, site geometry and operating requirements. The SM-GAP-101 electric suspended platform combines modular sections, twin electric hoists and integrated safeguards to create a flexible electric suspended scaffold for demanding façade projects.

OPERATING ARCHITECTURE / MODULAR ACCESS + 06 SAFETY SYSTEMS

Suspended Scaffold System. Modular to Mobilize, Controlled While Moving.

SM-GAP-101 pairs a configurable working deck and fast assembly logic with braking, secondary rope protection, inclination monitoring, travel limits, overload detection and a power-loss lowering procedure.

CRITICAL SAFETY CONTROL 03
01
Electromagnetic & Block-Stop Braking

An electromagnetic brake and two block-stop brakes provide the stated stopping and secondary rope-protection layer.

02
Emergency Stop & Manual Lowering

The red emergency control stops operation, while the manual system allows controlled lowering after a power failure.

03
Tilt, Travel & Overload Monitoring

A 14° tilt limit, upper and lower limit switches, and overload detection monitor the operating envelope.

04 / MODULARITY Four Platform Lengths

Configure the working deck in 1.5, 3, 4.5 or 6 m lengths for different façade tasks.

05 / MOBILIZATION Assembly in as Little as One Hour

Fully demountable parts support faster project mobilization and easier transport between sites.

06 / CONTROL Wired Vertical Remote

Up and down travel is controlled from the wired remote; left and right repositioning remains manual.

07 / SUSPENSION Galvanized Wire Ropes

The stated suspension specification uses 10 mm, 6×19 galvanized wire ropes.

08 / APPLICATION RANGE One Transportable System for Multiple Elevations

The platform can be redeployed for façade construction, cladding, glazing, finishing, inspection and maintenance duties at different working heights.

01 Mobilize Assemble the deck around the façade duty.

Select the required platform length and complete the site-specific suspension and installation plan.

02 Operate Control vertical travel from the platform.

Twin hoists provide 0.15 m/s vertical movement through the wired remote.

03 Protect Monitor the operating envelope.

Braking, tilt, limit and overload systems form the stated protection architecture.
